The tracker is one record per case. Five dimensions, the evidence behind each with its locator, an outcome class and a confidence rating that stays visible. There is no aggregate score anywhere, on purpose. A single number would hide exactly the variation the comparison exists to find.
Wales is coded. Brazil is scoped. It is not public yet, and will be opened once enough cases sit in it to be worth reading.
