I'm doing a PhD at the University of Lisbon and support the executive board of a Dutch mental health centre. Earlier I designed and ran programmes for organisations such as ARTIS and InScience.

Jun 2025 to present Expertisecentrum Transculturele Therapie An assignment through my own practice, TOMICA. Supporting the executive board of a specialist mental health centre that works across cultures, on strategy and operations.
Sep 2024 to Jul 2025 InScience Festival Led the Talks Programme of the Netherlands' international science film festival, curating debates at the edge of research, film and public life.
Dec 2022 to Sep 2024 ARTIS Natura Artis Magistra Built ARTIS' planetary health programme from one producer's brief into a permanent theme that reached tens of thousands of visitors.
Feb 2021 to Sep 2022 What Design Can Do Ran programmes for an international design platform working on social and climate briefs, including the Dutch track of the No Waste Challenge.
Jan 2019 to present TOMICA My own practice: applied research, programme design and strategy for organisations working where science, society and the environment meet.
Feb 2018 to Dec 2018 Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs Two placements in the Dutch foreign service, researching innovation, mobility and urban design at the consulate in Istanbul and the embassy in Tokyo.
