Two short research roles. At Rabobank I did user research that fed into the design of a set of financial planning products.
Then came Paradiso, the Amsterdam concert venue. There I analysed holders of the Indiestadpas card to find out why their attendance stalled, and proposed a strategy to raise the average from four to ten events a year.
