Project management for a creative collective running several social impact briefs at once.
A short engagement at a small Eindhoven design studio working on briefs with a social edge. I set up workflows so several projects could run at once without quality slipping, and wrote a short plan for finding new clients that mapped the sectors where design could plausibly add value.
